How It Works
Arrange storage by form, call, call-back, email or WhatsApp – alongside a move or standalone. Larger, complex needs may call for a site visit to confirm volume and access. We collect from your property, office or site, and receive supplier or online deliveries at our facility: checked, photographed, logged and stored, with an updated inventory. Storage is managed, not self-access. Need something back? We retrieve on request, or leave smaller items at reception. Retrieval alongside other work is often free; a dedicated slot or extra labour may carry a charge.
Protection & Insurance
Before storage, everything's professionally prepared: wrapping, blankets, mattress/sofa protection, palletisation and custom crating for artwork - with enhanced protection and white glove handling for fragile or high-value pieces. Valid insurance is required for stored goods: insure through us, or use home contents cover if it includes off-site storage (check with your insurer). If not, providers like Surewise or Insureastore offer straightforward cover.
For Interior Designers & Projects
We regularly store for interior design and installation projects - furniture, FF&E, and accessories received, logged, and stored as deliveries arrive, charged only for the space actually used, with inventories updated as the project develops. When you're ready, we deliver everything to one address, or phase deliveries to suit renovation, installation, or event timelines.
