Packing, If Included
Packing is carried out methodically, room by room. Fragile items are wrapped carefully, and essential items like kettles or bathroom items can be left until last, where practical. Boxes are labelled and stacked neatly to keep the property organised throughout.
Loading and Transport
Furniture and boxes are protected and secured, with the supervisor overseeing loading order and vehicle space. Our teams work efficiently without rushing at the expense of care or safety.
Arrival at Your New Home
The supervisor walks through the property with you to confirm where furniture and boxes should go. Items are offloaded room by room, dismantled furniture is reassembled, and if unpacking is included, wrapped items unwrapped as part of the service.
Final Checks Before We Leave
We walk through the property with you, adjust furniture placement if needed, and if applicable, remove the packing materials used during the move - the aim is to leave you settled, not surrounded by clutter.
If Delays or Changes Occur
Moving days can be affected by things outside anyone's control - delayed key releases, access issues. If circumstances change, your supervisor keeps you informed, explains any implications clearly, and manages decisions calmly.
After the Move
We remain available for questions, can arrange box collection once you've unpacked, and always welcome feedback. Our involvement doesn't end the moment the vans leave.
